Intake Specialist – Onsite with Forrest Solutions

Forrest Solutions is seeking a polished, personable Intake Specialist to be the welcoming face and voice of our client’s Operations Center. You’ll greet visitors, manage incoming calls and emails, process requests, and keep the office running smoothly—all while delivering exceptional service.

Position: Intake Specialist

Location: Washington, DC

Job Type : Full-time

Scheduled: Mon.- Fri., 10:00am to 7:00pm, (with flexibility for overtime if needed)

Salary: $24-$25 per hour/DOE

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome and assist visitors, callers, and internal clients with professionalism.
• Monitor and route inquiries appropriately, ensuring accurate information is captured.
• Manage supply requests, fulfill swag store orders, and prepare new hire setups.
• Keep the workspace stocked, organized, and guest-ready.
• Assist with special projects and cross-functional training.

What You Bring:

• Prior corporate office, financial firm, or law firm experience preferred.
• Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed.
