Required Qualifications:

• Journeyman Licensed (Preferred but not a must) with knowledge of local plumbing codes and ability to make on-the-job applications.
• 2+ years of experience with service and repair of plumbing systems and fixtures in residential, commercial, and industrial facilities.
• Experience with in-home sales a must
• Personable and professional with a knack for diffusing messy situations and problem solving.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High integrity with the strong desire to be better tomorrow than you are today.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Must be able to pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities:

• Sell plumbing products to new and existing customers by building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing systems used for water distribution and wastewater disposal in residential, commercial, and industrial facilities.
• Determine source of plumbing malfunctions and complete repairs as indicated or according to work orders
• Inspect jobs upon completion and ensure areas are clean
• Respond to emergency situations, make recommendations and perform required repairs
• Review building plan and specifications to determine the layout for plumbing and related materials.
• Locate and mark positions for connections and fixtures, install supports and hangers, assemble and install valves and fittings, and test pipe systems and fixtures for leaks.
• Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts, and installation teams.
• Keep your company truck clean (inside and out), maintain inventory, and properly complete paperwork.
• Comply with service standards, work instructions and customers’ requirements.
