Jr. Accountant

Our client is a global leader in manufacturing safety products that service healthcare, hospitality and food solutions. They are seeking to hire a Jr. Accountant to support the accounting team with daily functions such as data entry, bank reconciliations and invoice processing. The ideal candidate will have relevant education and experience seeking to grow with a global organization.

Role reports to an office. Hybrid is not an option.

Responsibilities:

• Support Accounting department with various tasks inc. administrative
• Assist with month-end process/procedures
• Bank statement reconciliation
• Maintain records, data entry
• Assist invoice processing for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Professionally respond to client inquiries in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Accounting
• Min. 3+ years of Accounting experience
• Experience with an ERP system a plus, preferably SAP Business One
• May consider a recent college grad that majored in Accounting
• General Accounting principle/functions experience (i.e. data entry, account analysis and bank reconciliations)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to details
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; strong Excel required (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, etc.)

Offering:

• Base Salary $55,000 - $65,000 (based on experience)
• Full Benefits Package, 401K & PTO
