Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Representative to help expand our customer base and build strong relationships across the industrial sector. You’ll assist in managing key accounts, identify new business opportunities, and make customer visits within your assigned territory. This role combines inside sales coordination with outside sales fieldwork, offering excellent career growth into senior or territory manager positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new customer relationships through calls, emails, and in-person visits.
• Travel within your assigned area to meet with industrial, manufacturing, and distribution clients.
• Assist in quoting, pricing, and processing orders for bearings, roller chains, welding wires, and related components.
• Track leads, communications, and performance in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with senior reps, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in product training sessions and represent PGN Bearings at trade shows or industry events.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or account management (B2B or industrial experience is a plus).
• Experience developing new business from scratch through outbound prospecting.
• Strong communication and people skills, comfortable interacting with customers both virtually and in person.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven with a positive attitude and professional presentation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally or regionally.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
