About the Role

JD Logistics USA is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team in Fontana, California, as a Lean Improvement – Data Analyst. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in supply chain or logistics who are passionate about driving business growth through operational excellence. As a key member of the Supply Chain Operations team, you will play a critical role in cost optimization, efficiency improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance warehouse operations across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, control, and improve various operational costs within U.S. warehouses.
• Set performance targets and drive productivity improvements in warehouse operations.
• Support financial and operational metric analysis and project execution aligned with corporate finance and management goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (BA/BS).
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective time management skills; able to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Familiarity with supply chain cost structures is a plus.
• Strong data sensitivity and proficiency in data analysis tools preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is a plus.
