Assisting customers with daily insurance needs, prospecting for new clients, pivoting to additional needs for existing customers. Strong Sales/Service orientation needed. Responsibilities include but not limited to: - Establish customer relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
- Develop new service opportunities with both existing and new clients
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales
- Develop ongoing networking relationships
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
