- Valid Florida Professional Surveyor and Mapper's license - Valid driver's license and clean driving record - Able to pass a drug test
Job Description
- Conduct development, permitting, platting, and legal description reviews to ensure compliance to codes - Determine correct boundary lines, interpret deeds and land descriptions, check and certify maps - Maintain the City's survey control monuments - 50% office, 50% field work

Compensation:
$80,000/hr to $100,000/hr.

*Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
