Role Description
This position is for a full-time Litigation Attorney with 2 to 10 years of litigation experience. Experience in Real Estate, Landlord-Tenant, and Habitability lawsuits is a plus. The position can be in either Northern or Southern California. The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for handling motions, court appearances, trials, and depositions.
