About the Role - We are looking for a skilled Machine Millwright to support our advanced manufacturing operations. In this role, you’ll rebuild, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and equipment, playing a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly and safely.
What You’ll Do
Troubleshoot and rebuild mechanical assemblies and automated systems
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on machinery
Diagnose root causes of mechanical/electrical failures
Conduct light welding, plumbing, and machining work
Operate shop equipment, hand and power tools
Use CMMS to record repairs and manage maintenance tasks
Monitor spare parts inventory and order as needed
What we’re looking for
3+ years of experience maintaining and repairing industrial equipment
Trade school diploma preferred
Ability to interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Must provide own tools
Special Credentials / Skills
Demonstrated ability to install, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain machinery and equipment
Skilled in dismantling and moving stationary industrial equipment (pumps, fans, tanks, conveyors, furnaces, generators) using hand and power tools
Ability to operate hoisting/lifting devices (cranes, jacks, tractors)
Skilled in inspecting machinery for irregularities and malfunctions
Experience with power transmission, vacuum, and pneumatic systems
Basic knowledge of electronic controls and safe work practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team player with the ability to work collaboratively
Certifications: Preferred (but not required)
MA Journeyman Electrician License
MA 2nd Class Fireman License
Universal Refrigeration License
CDL (Class A or B)
Forklift or man-lift certification
