Job Description:

 
As our Marketing Manager , you will play a critical role in supporting Landscapers Supply’s ability to create brand awareness, drive sales, and foot traffic for each of our 7 locations.

 

  1. Marketing Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with senior management to define marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
 
  1. Brand Management and Communication:
  • Develop and maintain the company's brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and visual representation.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, websites, social media content, and advertising materials.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all marketing channels and touchpoints
 
  1. Digital Marketing and Online Presence:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Manage the company's website, ensuring it is optimized for user experience and lead generation.
  • Monitor online presence and reputation, and actively engage with customers on social media platforms.
 
  1. Marketing Campaigns and Promotion:
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to generate leads, drive customer acquisition, and promote product/service offerings.
  • Collaborate with creative teams, agencies, and vendors to develop compelling marketing materials and advertisements.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Plan and organize all company and community events.
 
  1. Market and Competitor Analysis:
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and potential threats.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies, product positioning, and pricing decisions.
  • Monitor industry developments and recommend proactive strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
 
  1. Marketing Analytics and Reporting:
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze marketing data and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting campaign performance, customer insights, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor marketing budgets and expenses, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Required Qualifications:

 
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience working full-time in a marketing role.
  • Basic knowledge of web design and CMS systems.
  • Ability to manage social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful campaigns .
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in utilizing Canva for graphics and print materials.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Premier Pro
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word , Excel , Teams , and PowerPoint .
  • Ability to be organized and calm in a fast-paced environment.
