Rank Rise Marketing, a dynamic and growth-oriented marketing firm, is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn Marketing Specialist Intern to join our team. In this development-focused role, you will gain hands-on experience by supporting our team in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for our diverse clientele. Your main objective will be to learn the fundamentals of digital marketing while assisting our team in achieving client goals.

Responsibilities:

• Learning and Support: Actively learn from and assist Senior Specialists with day-to-day marketing tasks.
• Client Management Assistance: Support the team by assisting with client communications, helping prepare materials for meetings, and learning how to build strong professional relationships.
• Strategy Support: Assist in the research and implementation of marketing strategies across various channels.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Learn and apply fundamental SEO techniques, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content updates to help increase client visibility.
• Digital Advertising: Assist in the setup, monitoring, and optimization of advertising campaigns on search engines, social media platforms, and other digital channels.
• Social Media Management: Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring social media content across various platforms to build brand presence and engage with audiences.
• Marketing Platform & CRM Management: Gain exposure to and assist with managing marketing software and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to help track leads and campaign data.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, graphic designers, and web developers, to help ensure marketing tasks are effectively executed.
• Industry Trend Analysis: Help research the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices and share findings with the team.
• Results Monitoring and Reporting: Assist in tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns. Learn to pull data and help prepare reports for clients.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or comparable experience.
• A strong passion for and desire to learn about digital marketing.
• Basic understanding and strong interest in SEO, advertising, and social media marketing.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A proactive and curious mindset, eager to ask questions and take on new challenges.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your time effectively.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a team environment.
• Familiarity with marketing tools (like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) is a plus, but not required.
