Join our team as a Materials Planner at our San Antonio facility, where you'll play a key role in orchestrating the seamless flow of materials for the production of Class 6-8 commercial trucks and electric vehicles. What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute material plans to support production schedules, ensuring timely availability of parts and raw materials.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, purchasing, and production teams to determine material requirements based on engineering and production schedules.
• Monitor and coordinate the movement of materials through each phase of the manufacturing process.
• Create and maintain accurate supply chain data, including bills of materials and parts information, within procurement and enterprise systems.
• Assist in developing specifications for new contracts and optimize inventory levels to meet operational needs.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with supply chain management or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
• Knowledge of manufacturing or automotive production processes

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree with no prior experience required or
• Minimum of 2 years of shop order planning and purchasing experience

Other Requirements:

• Availability for 10-hour workdays, Monday through Thursday, 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM with lunch
• Mandatory steel-toed footwear worn throughout shifts
• No jewelry permitted due to plant safety policies
