🎥 Media Sales Consultant – Photo/Video & Creative Projects

Location: Hybrid Remote (Texas-based preferred)

Type: W-2 Employment

Compensation: $35,000/yr Base + Tiered Commission Structure

📌 About the Role

OneAway Studios is looking for a Media Sales Consultant who can confidently connect with brands, business owners, event planners, and creators to help them elevate their message through high-impact media. This is an inbound role, where you'll manage leads we bring in through advertising channels.

You’ll be helping clients transform ideas into stories —through branded video content, commercial photo shoots, recap videos, corporate campaigns, and more. This is a consultative sales role where relationships matter just as much as results. Your job is to listen well, guide clients toward the right solution, and represent the OneAway standard with clarity and care.

🎯 What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Conducting discovery calls and consultations with leads who’ve inquired about creative or commercial media services
• Understanding client goals , pain points, and project vision—then recommending the right package or custom solution
• Following up with warm leads via email, video messages, or text to build rapport and close deals
• Collaborating with our Creative and Success teams to ensure a smooth handoff post-booking
• Tracking sales performance and pipeline progress using HoneyBook (CRM)
• Occasionally identifying new opportunities within current or past clients, such as seasonal campaigns, content retainers, or VIP media activations
• Documenting client insights that help our team continuously improve and better serve our community

• Have a background in B2B sales, media services, or creative agency work
• Are personable, confident, and highly relational —especially in 1:1 conversations
• Understand how photo and video drive real business outcomes like brand trust, conversion, or engagement
• Are organized, proactive, and self-motivated with strong follow-up habits
• Have worked with tools like HoneyBook, Notion, or CRMs (bonus points if you’ve managed your own leads before)
• Bonus: You’re familiar with the digital marketing landscape, even if you haven’t sold in it directly
