Duration: 4 Months (Contract)

Schedule: Front Half Nights (Sunday – Wednesday, 6:30 PM – 5:00 AM)

Job Summary

• A leading global organization is seeking a dedicated and experienced Onsite Medical Representative (OMR) to support the safety and wellbeing of employees at its Hazmat facility in DuPont, WA. The OMR will play a critical role in delivering first aid, supporting injury prevention programs, maintaining medical records, and engaging with employees on the operations floor to encourage safe work behaviors.
• This role requires close collaboration with site health and safety management, safety specialists, and injury prevention teams to foster a proactive and responsive safety culture in a high-paced industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite first aid and medical response for occupational and non-occupational injuries or illnesses.
• Refer individuals to external medical providers when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
• Support the return-to-work and workers’ compensation programs.
• Conduct daily logs and end-of-shift reporting.
• Participate in site safety committee meetings and injury case reviews.
• Educate and coach staff on ergonomics, body mechanics, and safe work practices.
• Maintain a clean medical workspace and manage first aid inventory.
• Assist in delivering First Aid, CPR, and AED certification training.
• Support emergency response efforts and random drug testing protocols.

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved emergency cardiac care provider.
• One of the following is required:
• EMT or Paramedic certification (state or national)
• Minimum 6 months of military medical experience (e.g., Combat Medic, Hospital Corpsman)
• Active Athletic Trainer Certification (BOC or state equivalent)
• Ability to obtain Adult First Aid, CPR, AED certification (AHA or Red Cross) within 3 weeks of start.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified instructor for First Aid, CPR, and AED (AHA or Red Cross).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical recordkeeping.
• Experience with OSHA compliance and industrial safety programs.
• Background in managing musculoskeletal disorders and ergonomic training.

Additional Role Information

• Work Schedule: Sunday to Wednesday, 6:30 PM – 5:00 AM.
• Work Location: 100% onsite at Hazmat facility in DuPont, WA.

Candidate Evaluation

Top 3 Must-Have Skills:

• Valid EMT/Paramedic certification or equivalent medical credential
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain within 3 weeks)
• Experience in emergency response, case management, or industrial medical support.
