Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services (VRNS) is a rapidly growing, clinician-owned company that truly understands the needs of home healthcare professionals.

We are excited to expand our team and are hiring Per Diem Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) due to our continued growth and increasing patient demand. Your Role as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA):

  • Provide occupational therapy treatments to individuals in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Occupational Therapist

What Makes VRNS Different?

At VRNS, you’re more than just a clinician—you’re part of a supportive, expert-led team that values your work-life balance and professional growth. Join a company that truly supports its clinicians, fosters career development, and promotes a healthy work-life balance. If you're ready to advance your career while making a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you!

What We’re Looking For:

  • Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with licensure in Massachusetts
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
  • Home healthcare experience preferred, but not required

Why VRNS?

VRNS is a clinician-owned and operated home healthcare agency, offering a flexible work environment with consistent scheduling —a unique advantage of working with the ABI Waiver Program . Unlike traditional home health, our clinicians enjoy stability and opportunities for professional growth while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
