As an Outside Sales Representative you'll:

• Meet with pre-qualified leads (no cold calling!) conduct in-home consultations.
• Follow a proven sales process to diagnose home issues and present custom solutions.
• Deliver WOW experiences ensuring every homeowner feels educated, empowered, and excited about their investment.
• Close deals and make an impact protecting homes and restoring faith in what a great contractor should be.
• Paid Training then 100% commission-based. Uncapped earning potential.

Outside Sales Representative Requirements:

• A genuine connector who earns trust and builds strong relationships with ease.
• Competitive & goal-oriented you excel in fast-paced, high reward environment.
• Structured yet flexible stick to a proven systems but adjust effortlessly to each unique situation.
• Purpose-driven and inspired you're excited by the opportunity to help homeowners and be part of meaningful industry change.
• *Must travel to Hudson, NH for training - Company vehicle provided after training *
