You will have full autonomy of your work schedule to make the role your own.
The company have a very positive reputation through Las Vegas and an abundance of inbound leads coming from referrals and the branch which you will be given to close whilst building out your own customer base.
The company are going through a transition phase where they have hired a new General Manager who promotes a culture of growth and collaboration, with plans to expand the business from $10m > $30m.

What They Do
The company works on a mix of commercial and residential projects, serving Las Vegas homeowners and property managers who need roof replacement and repair solutions.
They install Shingles, Tiles, standing seam, TPO and Spray Foam systems, on single and multi-family projects ranging in value from $6k - $40k, and commercial buildings from $65k - $700k.
