Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a diligent and organized Shipping Coordinator to join their client's dynamic team in North County. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of shipping activities, maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all shipping activities, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of products.
• Prepare shipping documents and labels accurately, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Maintain records of all shipping transactions, including tracking numbers, shipment dates, and delivery confirmations.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure proper packaging and labeling of products for shipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to reorder supplies as needed.
• Assist in resolving customer inquiries and concerns related to shipping and delivery.
• Implement and maintain shipping best practices to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
• Previous experience in a shipping or logistics role is a plus.

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, first shift.

Additional Details

Pay: $20 per hour
