Tittle & Perlmuter, a busy plaintiff’s personal injury/medical malpractice law firm in Ohio City, is seeking an experienced Paralegal/Legal Assistant SUPERSTAR. Our practice focuses on catastrophic injuries, meaning we represent families or individuals who have lost everything at the hands of a negligent third-party. You will be able to help them firsthand.

Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

- Litigation tasks such as written discovery, drafting pleadings, and assisting with depositions

- Client communication

- Organization of documents

- Ordering medical records

- Drafting demand letters

- Drafting correspondence

- Managing client files

Other requirements:

• At least three years of experience as a paralegal, experience in any type of injury practice is a plus
• Be able to deal with lawyers with enthusiasm despite lawyers being, you know, lawyers...
• Be able to embrace challenges and handle feedback calmly and effectively even in high-stress situations
• Have a fast-paced work ethic that allows you to meet tight deadlines (24-hour deadline with a to-do list a mile long? No problem!)
• Exhibit an infectious can-do attitude
• Put customer service above all else
• Take a team-centric approach to work and life
• Have Problem Solving skills
• Kickass every day
