Family-feel, laid-back 11 Pediatrician practice seeks another pediatrician in an outpatient primary care setting to work in San Marcos or Kyle TX! Both are close to Austin and San Antonio.

About Practice:

• 35 years in practice
• 57 team members
• 11 pediatricians
• Locations in Kyle and San Marcos
• 4 partners in the group

About the role:

• 4 day work week
• 20-30 patients per day, 8-5 schedule
• Rotate rare phone call 1 day a week
• 1x a month doing phone call on the weekends
• No hospital or inpatient at all
• All admin is handled by the group, so you can see patients

Benefits Offered:

• 4-7 weeks off per year, goes up each year
• Insurance paid, license Paid, DEA paid for, malpractice covered
• $150,000 / year starting base salary , plus $20- $50000.00 yr in bonuses
