Connection Wellness Center (CWC) is looking for personal trainers who are looking to provide their clients with a LONG-term health solution that actually works. Our trainers value progress over results and creating relationships over sales. Applicants look to join CWC because they believe that training goes beyond the coaching inside the gym. At CWC, we operate on the premise that clients need more care and more attention than the typical big box gym settings allow. That’s why we focus on building the way we connect to our clients versus the transactions we have with them. We are a team of highly educated and experienced trainers and wellness professionals that work together to build the highest quality wellness service you can find!

What We Pride Ourselves On:

• Health and Wellness Enthusiasts: We LOVE LEARNING anything related to our industry. We read articles and books, watch videos and tutorials, listen to podcasts, or anything we can get our hands on that teaches us something new!
• Well-Seasoned Gym Goers: It’s not our first rodeo. We have been working out for years and have experience in multiple forms of exercises, but resistance training is what we know best.
• Personal Training Certification: We have the required national standard set for personal training, however...
• Continued Education: We believe that continued education is what makes us the best in the industry. It’s not what you learn once, it’s the constant pursuit of becoming the best we can become as a trainer. We study from fellow trainers and other fitness professionals. We get coached so that we can coach better.
• Doers: We are doers. We don’t rely on someone else to get the job done when we have the tools to do it ourselves. We create programs, we start new classes, we shape the industry and its standards - not the other way around.
• Systemized and Organized: We aren’t perfect, but we know that our clients do better when we have systems for their improvement. We coach better when we have the information in one place and it’s easy to find.
• High Level Communication: At any job, communication is important, but at this one it is pivotal to everyone’s success. We operate as collaborative coaches, whether that’s between us and our clients or trainers with our manager. Again, we aren’t perfect, but we are committed to getting there.
