Tri-State Compounding Pharmacy is a fast-growing, patient-focused pharmacy specializing in customized medication solutions. We are seeking dedicated, detail-oriented individuals to join our call center team within our compounding pharmacy. This position plays a vital role in supporting patients, providers, and internal pharmacy operations.Position Overview
We are looking for either an experienced Pharmacy Technician or a Customer Service Representative who excels in communication, accuracy, and multitasking. The ideal candidate will assist in managing inbound and outbound calls, coordinating prescription information, and providing top-tier service to patients and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities· Answer and manage inbound calls from patients, providers, and facilities.
· Accurately document and process prescription information.
· Communicate effectively with pharmacists and technicians to ensure timely order fulfillment.
· Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently.
· Verify patient and provider details in accordance with HIPAA standards.
· Assist with general office and call center workflow as needed.
Qualifications**For Pharmacy Technician applicants:**
· Current Ohio Pharmacy Technician registration (or eligible).
· Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting preferred.
· Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
**For Customer Service applicants:**
· Prior experience in a medical, pharmacy, or call center environment preferred.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
