This is a full-time opportunity supporting one of our innovative healthcare clients. They are focused on providing comprehensive care to seniors. They combine advanced primary care, cardiology, and wellness services in state-of-the-art centers designed to be welcoming and supportive.

With smaller patient panels for physicians (400 or less), the model ensures deeper engagement and quality outcomes. The company also provides extensive resources, including a care concierge to coordinate appointments and a multidisciplinary team to address complex needs. Each center offers each Senior Uber or Lyft pick up for transportation (Fully paid for)! They offer ECO, EKG, and Labs in every center they have open in the US.
Our client gives each Physician/Provider a full staffed team (medical assistants, nurses, community outreach, case manager, etc).
This is an Outpatient care center ONLY - NOT A HOSPITAL!
LOCATIONS AVAILABLE:
Gulfport, MS (very tough to get a license, look into naval bases in the area)
Relocation Packages:
Although client does not technically offer a “relocation package”, they will often increase the signing bonus to help support the candidate’s relocation which will be in their contract.
HSG will also offer relocation support. Amount varies on how many miles away each candidate is from closest facility.
Work Schedule: 8am-5pm
No weekend or evening shift work available or required.
REQUIRED LICENSE:
Graduate of accredited MD or DO program of accredited university
Current and unrestricted medical license or willing to obtain a medical license in state of practice; eligible and willing to obtain licenses in other states in the region of assignment
Board Certification or Eligible to become certified (ABMS or AOA) in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine preferred
Active and unrestricted DEA license

Sign On Bonus: $15,000
Annual Incentive Bonus: up to 28% of Base Salary ($70K); All physicians should be making at least 20% or ($50K)
