We are committed to providing exceptional, patient-centered care to our diverse community and need a provider who can communicate effectively with our Spanish-speaking patients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan
• Conduct health assessments, preventive care, and chronic disease management
• Build trusting relationships with patients through culturally competent care
• Document patient encounters accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications:

• Current and valid license to practice as a Primary Care Provider (MD, DO, NP, or PA) in Massachusetts
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to quality care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in community-based healthcare preferred
