Job Description

Executive Personal Assistant & Chef or Cook

Jackson Hole, WY

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Approximately 40 hours/week

We are seeking an experienced, proactive Executive Personal Assistant with strong cooking skills to support two young business owners and their beloved (very large) St. Bernard in Jackson Hole. This is an informal, well-run household with high standards, positive energy, and a preference for someone who brings initiative, discretion, and a calm, capable presence.

An off-site 3-bedroom house is provided (5 minutes from the residence).

The Role

This is a hybrid role combining personal assistance, household operations, and healthy daily cooking . You will act as a trusted extension of the principals—keeping the household running smoothly, anticipating needs, and ensuring an organized, welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare healthy daily meals, snacks, smoothies, and beverages aligned with specific dietary preferences (e.g., gluten-free, paleo, low-histamine, no seed oils).
  • Menu planning, grocery shopping, and sourcing high-quality, seasonal ingredients (including local farmers’ markets).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen and assist with daily household resets.
  • Oversee and collaborate with a full-time housekeeper; assist hands-on when needed.
  • Manage household inventory, supplies, packages, and light organization projects.
  • Coordinate household service providers (snow removal, lawn care, propane, window cleaning, appliance repair, etc.).
  • Handle errands, mail, returns, and occasional event or entertaining support.
  • Provide light administrative support (bill pay, online purchases, scheduling, travel research and booking).
  • Assist with pet care for a friendly St. Bernard (walks, feeding, vet coordination, boarding logistics).
  • Support basic home and vehicle maintenance coordination.
  • Occasional travel support with advance notice and mutual agreement.

Schedule

  • Approximately 40 hours per week
  • Monday–Friday, with start/end times flexing slightly day-to-day
  • Occasional after-hours or travel support by prior agreement

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive annual salary (finalized based on experience)
  • Discretionary 10% year-end performance bonus
  • Premium health insurance (100% employer-paid for employee; 50% for dependents)
  • 3-bedroom / 2-bath off-site housing provided , including utilities and yard maintenance
  • (Estimated market value ~$7,500/month)
  • 14 days Paid Time Off annually
  • All Federal holidays paid
  • 7 paid sick days annually

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in a private household, hospitality, or high-service residential role
  • Confident, hands-on, and highly organized
  • Strong cooking skills with a wellness-focused mindset
  • Self-directed with excellent judgment and attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic household
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and professional at all times
  • Enjoys dogs and is comfortable with pet-related responsibilities

If you are energized by running a household with excellence, enjoy cooking for wellness, and value a respectful, informal working environment, we would welcome your interest.
