About careviso

careviso is a healthcare technology company. By automating the impossible, we’re solving some of the most complex problems in the healthcare industry in real time—like prior authorizations and financial transparency. Our powerful, comprehensive platform increases patient access to care by delivering cost estimates, administrative requirements, and approvals instantly.
We began with a lab-focused approach, and our mission continues to be supporting patients, providers, and payors with total access to healthcare.

Job Summary

As the Product Manager, Automations, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution of careviso’s automation products—including RPA- and AI-driven workflows that power our prior authorization processes. This is a hands-on product role focused on delivering measurable impact by expanding automation coverage, improving operational efficiency, and unlocking faster, more consistent care decisions.

You will work closely with Engineering, Operations, Clinical Ops, and Data Science to identify high-value automation opportunities, define requirements, and build scalable solutions that meaningfully reduce manual workload across our platform. This role requires a strong blend of product thinking, analytical rigor, and empathy for the complexity of healthcare operations.

Responsibilities
  • Automation Product Strategy & Roadmap
    • Own the product roadmap for automation and AI-enhanced workflows across the careviso ecosystem.
    • Define and communicate a long-term automation strategy aligned with company goals and operational needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with Engineering, Operations, Clinical Ops, and Data Science to identify, prioritize, and implement automation opportunities that reduce operational workload and improve throughput.
    • Ensure seamless integration of automations into existing workflows and tools.
  • Execution & Delivery
    • Translate complex operational challenges into clear, actionable product requirements.
    • Lead product discovery, testing, and validation to ensure automation initiatives deliver real, measurable value.
    • Drive execution with urgency and attention to detail.
  • Impact Measurement & Optimization
    • Define success metrics for automation performance and track progress against goals.
    • Aim to automate an additional 20% of operational workload within the first 12 months.
    • Use data and insights to refine prioritization and continuously improve automation outcomes.
  • Operational & Technical Understanding
    • Maintain a deep understanding of careviso’s data flows, prior authorization workflows, and automation capabilities (RPA, AI/ML, decisioning rules).
    • Serve as a subject-matter expert on automation functionality across the organization.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of product management experience, ideally focused on automation, workflow optimization, or AI-driven products.
  • Healthcare or health-tech experience required; prior exposure to healthcare operations or prior authorization workflows is a strong plus.
  • Proven track record delivering technology products that improved operational efficiency or reduced manual processes.
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort using data to drive prioritization, measure results, and inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—able to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Familiarity with RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) or ML-driven workflow solutions preferred.
