What You’ll Do

As a Production Technician, you’ll be on the front lines of system testing and validation for our autonomous drones. You’ll perform hands-on testing, troubleshooting, calibrations, and ensure every unit meets our high standards before reaching customers. You’ll work closely with Quality and Engineering teams to keep our production line running smoothly and efficiently.

Here’s a snapshot of what your role would look like:

• Perform hands-on system validation of autonomous drones to meet established quality standards.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software system failures using standardized workflows.
• Conduct system calibrations and functional tests prior to delivery.
• Assist in maintaining and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Follow all safety regulations and quality control measures.
• Maintain accurate production records, including test results and defect reports.
• Report recurring system failures for further investigation.
• Support internal tracking of production metrics and performance.

Here’s what we value in the ideal candidate:

• 2+ years of experience in production testing, technical validation, or a related field.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in robotics, automation, or hardware/software systems.
• Experience with diagnostic tools, debugging methods, and system integration.
• Familiarity with process documentation, SOP creation, and workflow optimization.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Compensation and Benefits

We’re committed to offering fair and competitive compensation that reflects the value of your contributions and provides you with opportunities for growth and advancement within our organization. The salary range for this position is $57,000 - $67,000, and we also offer:
