Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Program Manager to join their team! This position is located in Bethesda, Maryland.

Duties:

• Lead and manage enterprise cybersecurity programs, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery of initiatives
• Develop program schedules, milestones, and deliverables, coordinating across technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership
• Monitor program performance using metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to ensure objectives are met
• Oversee risk management activities, identifying, assessing, and mitigating program and project risks
• Facilitate communication between program teams, executive leadership, and external stakeholders
• Ensure alignment of cybersecurity projects with organizational goals, compliance requirements, and industry best practices
• Mentor and guide project managers and team leads within the program
• Prepare briefings, reports, and executive updates for leadership on program status, risks, and outcomes
• Implement IT service management best practices (ITIL) in program planning and execution

Desired Skills/Experience:

• 8+ years of documented experience in agency/enterprise-level cybersecurity project management
• 6+ years of leadership experience in cybersecurity
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• ITIL certification required
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional technical teams
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects within enterprise cybersecurity programs
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging technical teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership
• Experience with risk management, performance metrics, and reporting in large-scale programs
• Ability to ensure program and project alignment with federal cybersecurity frameworks and organizational objectives

The approximate pay range for this position is between $100.00 and $120.00 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
