Job Description

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Program Manager to join their team! This position is located in Bellevue, Washington.

Duties:

  • Oversee and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and compliance standards
  • Develop and implement compliance strategies, policies, and procedures
  • Conduct audits and compliance assessments, including documentation of processes, narratives, and testing of controls
  • Identify control gaps and recommend remediation activities
  • Schedule and manage testing and remediation activities during testing periods
  • Complete issue evaluations for control failures and develop corrective action plans
  • Perform annual scoping and control redesign activities to support business and regulatory changes
  • Create and deliver compliance-related training materials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks, address compliance concerns, and drive continuous improvement
  • Lead annual rationalization efforts and support ongoing business change initiatives
  • Prepare and present compliance reports for stakeholders and management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites
  • Experience using Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools
  • Familiarity with AuditBoard or similar platforms is a plus
  • Relevant work experience in Audit or Compliance functions, preferably within IT, Financial, Operational, or Regulatory Compliance environments

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement compliance strategies, policies, and procedures
  • Strong background in conducting audits and compliance assessments, including documentation of processes, narratives, and testing of controls
  • Experience in identifying control gaps and recommending effective remediation activities

The approximate pay range for this position is between $47.00 and $68.00 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
