Project Coordinator Consultant (Greensburg, IN)
Kelly Services – Skilled Professional Solutions (SPS) is currently seeking a Project Coordinator Consultant for one of our top clients in Greensburg, IN. This is a long-term contract position beginning on Thursday, May 29, 2025. It is onsite in Greensburg, IN. Kelly Services SPS offers enhanced benefits, a PTO package (accrued time and holiday pay), and a 401k. A competitive hourly rate is offered for this role, depending upon experience.
As a Project Coordinator Consultant placed with Kelly Services, you will serve as an integral member of our client’s operations. Primary responsibilities will include managing a team of auditors, with a focus on project scheduling, data collection, and maintaining quality standards. You’ll track team productivity and support audits.
Qualified candidates will have experience with manufacturing equipment, preferably mechanical or electrical equipment maintenance. Automotive manufacturing experience is highly preferred. Strong project management skills are needed, including previous experience maintaining project management documents, and regular and ad hoc reporting, including project timing and cost.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree, preferred but not required .
• 2 plus years of project management experience, required.
• Manufacturing equipment experience, required.
• IBM Maximo or an equivalent Asset Management software experience, preferred .
• Strong note taking and documentation skills, required .
• Strong critical thinking skills, required .
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, required.
