Job Description

We are hiring a Publicity Travel Coordinator to join a top entertainment company in Burbank, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate travel logistics for the PR team, handling both domestic and international booking arrangements for VIP talent, filmmakers and entourages for promotional activities.
• Booking commercial and private flights
• Arranging car services and greeters
• Securing hotel and train reservations through Amex global Travel and approved systems

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience, specifically in travel.
• MS Office Suite experience
• Extremely detail-oriented and organized, with a strong ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and appropriately prioritize work and meet deadlines, make decisions and change course of action quickly.
• Ability to make independent decisions when handling sensitive and confidential information, while exercising good judgment and discretion.
• Ability to maintain an efficient office, files, database, and information.
• Ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines with a calm, professional manner
