Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Contract / Flexible – $55–$75/hr – DMV

Responsibilities (What You Will Do)

Deliver comprehensive preventive dental care, including cleanings, screenings, and tailored patient education.
Perform all necessary radiographs and apply preventive treatments (sealants, fluoride, etc.).
Accurately document treatment notes and maintain strict infection control standards.
Collaborate effectively with dental teams to ensure outstanding patient care and workflow.

Qualifications We Are Looking For

A current Dental Hygienist license (RDH) in DC, MD, or VA is mandatory.
Current CPR certification (required).
A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience is strongly preferred.
Strong patient care, communication, and professionalism skills.
