Pay Range: $ 33 - $59 /hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities: -

• Perform thorough patient assessments and develop individualized nursing care plans for orthopedic, surgical, and trauma patients.
• Deliver evidence-based nursing interventions including post-operative care, wound management, fracture care, pain control, and mobility/rehabilitation support.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and blood products while monitoring for adverse reactions or changes in patient condition.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team—including surgeons, physical therapists, case managers, and trauma providers—to ensure coordinated, goal-directed care.
• Monitor surgical sites, drainage devices, neurovascular status, and mobility progress, escalating concerns promptly.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice (or eNLC, if applicable).
• 1 year experience in orthopedic, surgical, trauma, med-surg, or acute care preferred; new graduates may be considered based on unit support and patient acuity.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS may be required depending on facility and trauma acuity.
• Strong understanding of post-operative orthopedic care, surgical recovery processes, trauma nursing principles, and pain-management strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to assess neurovascular status, manage surgical drains/catheters, and support early mobility and rehabilitation.
