Hiring: Restaurant General Manager

Salary: $75,000-$85,000 + Bonus

Location: Dallas, TX

Job Summary:

A high-energy, fast-casual restaurant is seeking a passionate and driven Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, build a strong team, and create an exceptional guest experience. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fun, fast-paced environment that values individuality, quality, and hospitality.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team to deliver outstanding service.
• Manage financials, including budgeting, cost control, and profit & loss analysis.
• Drive a positive, team-oriented culture while leading by example.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience (high-volume fast-casual or full-service preferred).
• Food Handlers & Alcohol Beverage Service Certification (TABC/BASSET) required.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Financial acumen with experience of managing profit and loss statements.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
