Position Summary

Reporting to the District Manager, the Restaurant Manager is responsible for protecting and delivering the Del Taco Brand, to grow sales while maximizing the efficiency and profitability of the restaurant by leading the Del Taco Way.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will:

• Demonstrate a passion for business and managing the overall operations
• Find, train, develop and recognize the best people
• Demonstrate a strong awareness and concern for food quality and safety
• Adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities
• Recruiting, hiring, and retaining all restaurant employees.
• Creating a service-oriented culture.
• Promoting an environment of fun and teamwork.
• Developing and growing team members and future managers

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in QSR industry / full-service concept
• Be ServSafe Certified
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Can communicate effectively in English
• Excellent organizational skills; detail oriented; accurate
• Can lift and carry 10-65 lbs
• Must have valid driver’s license
