Pay Range: $44 - $48/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill neurological patients.
• Monitor and assess patients using neurological and hemodynamic parameters .
• Administer and titrate IV medications , sedation, and ventilator support as per protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and adjust care plans.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and families regarding disease process and recovery.
• Uphold safety standards, infection control policies, and professional nursing practices.
• Document accurately and communicate effectively within the healthcare team.
• Participate in performance improvement, shared governance, and professional development initiatives.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key skills; BLS, experience as a Registered Nurse
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (Associate’s required).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications:
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) License (Single State or Compact).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required upon hire.
• Advanced certifications (ACLS, NIHSS, CCRN) preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of critical care or ICU nursing experience required.
• Neuro ICU experience strongly preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and rapid decision-making abilities.
• Skilled in ventilator management, neuro-monitoring, and complex patient care.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in EMR systems and clinical documentation.
• Ability to function effectively in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment
