Position Overview:

We’re seeking Sales Representatives who can confidently meet with homeowners, perform roof inspections, and provide professional recommendations. This is a commission-based role with excellent earning potential for driven closers.

• Average Commission: $2,000–$4,000 per project

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads via canvassing, referrals, and networking
• Conduct roof inspections and assist homeowners with insurance claims
• Present solutions, prepare proposals, and close sales
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely and accurate job execution
• Follow up after installation to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals
• Track and report all sales activity and meet defined performance goals

What You’ll Need:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Comfortable climbing on roofs for inspections and assessments
• Prior roofing or outside sales experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and closing skills
• A motivated, goal-driven attitude and a desire to grow
