The Opportunity

Craft and Technical Solutions (CTS) is seeking an experienced Safety Coordinator to support our growing workforce in the marine, shipyard, and heavy industrial sectors. This is a dynamic, field-focused role where you’ll partner closely with site teams to promote and enforce a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead safety training, toolbox talks, and new-hire orientations
• Investigate incidents and maintain proper documentation and reporting
• Monitor compliance with OSHA, safety programs, and customer requirements
• Collaborate with partners, site supervisors, and other leadership to ensure safe work practices

Requirements

• 3–5 years of safety experience in heavy industrial, construction, or manufacturing environments
• Experience with OSHA regulations and safety training procedures
• Marine or shipyard industry knowledge is a strong plus
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a field-first mentality
• Certifications such as OSHA 30, OSHA 510, or equivalent preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Schedule

• Standard 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday
• Occasional weekend availability may be required based on project needs (minimal and planned in advance)
