Job Description

Compensation & Incentives

  • $40,000 annual base salary
  • $2,500 sign-on bonus
  • Uncapped monthly commission (average earnings $80K+, top performers $100K+)
  • $2,000 ramp payment in month one, $500 in month two
  • $17,000 in fees per start

Field Sales Representative

  • Conduct door-to-door sales of Internet, TV, phone, and Voice services
  • Manage customer relationships from initial contact through installation
  • Attend local marketing events and generate leads through networking and referrals
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention rates
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas with uncapped commission potential

My role includes guiding customers from initial contact through installation, serving as their primary point of contact throughout the process. I am equipped with company-branded apparel, sales materials, and an iPad to support field operations.
