Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Pay: $20 per hour
Are you an individual with scheduling experience looking for a new opportunity? Our client is seeking a detail-oriented scheduler to schedule appointments for multiple healthcare locations across New England.
Responsibilities:
· Provide scheduling support for appointments across several campuses and healthcare institutions in the region
· Assist in generating and organizing schedules and reports for various departments and campuses
· Provide administrative and research support to internal and external customers
· Provide additional support within the department as required
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
1. Education: High School diploma or GED preferred.
2. Problem Solving: Independent worker with strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
3. Attention to Detail: Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail.
4. Customer Service: Ability to handle customer service issues in a courteous and tactful manner.
5. Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications
6. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors, physicians, co-workers, and other hospital and physicians' office personnel
