Boutique Downtown Law Firm Seeks Litigator

Exceptional boutique law firm seeks an experienced litigator with 8 plus years of litigation experience.

• Needs to be someone with VERY strong litigation skills and federal court experience.
• The cases are extremely complex and will require exceptional experience and smarts in federal court.
• Attorney must be experienced in working up cases for trial and even going to trial.
• The lawyer need to have extensive federal practice experience.
• Need someone who can brief complex legal issues. Appellate experience would be a plus for this candidate since both cases will go up to the Fifth Circuit.
• Attorney needs to be able to write well; need the work product to be file-ready with a limited amount of review.
• Attorney will second-chair the cases at trial.
• Attorney must be an organized person who can get these cases ready to go despite a massive amount of documentation, and many complex legal issues.

Salary would be commensurate with experience. Intellectual Property litigation experience a plus.

This opportunity allows the litigator to focus on the case and the case only. No background noise.
