Description:
- Program Manager (PM) is directly responsible for all aspects of the Enhanced Army Global Logistics Enterprise (EAGLE). Ensure contract personnel, to include subcontractors, are trained, qualified, certified and licensed as may be needed to perform the requirements of the contract in an efficient, safe and cost-effective manner under the requirements specified in individual sections of the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
- Collaborate with Corporate HQ and Business Advisory Partners to ensure required resources are provided to support the program’s support requirements.
- The PM must have general knowledge of the logistics information systems which pertain to the areas within the PWS. Additionally, the PM must understand ISO and quality management systems. Must be able to secure a SECRET security clearance for the position. Must possess a current, valid state driver’s license.

- Work with Department Managers to ensure all work required in the performance of the current Base Support Services program is carried out in accordance with the PWS, meeting or exceeding customer performance expectations.
- Provide directions to Quality, EHS and Department Managers establishing Internal Operating Procedures and Work Instructions to effectively perform in accordance with the PWS.
- Establishes performance standards and identifies Key Performance Indictors.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field; high school, vocational school, or trade school diploma and five (5) years’ work experience in a similar field may be substituted for degree requirement Certifications:
- SECRET security clearance required.
- The PM must have specific management experience in retail-level supply, maintenance, and asset management.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- The PM must have specific management experience in retail-level supply, maintenance, transportation, and asset management.
- The PM must have a minimum of fifteen (15) years of management experience in army logistics operations.
- The PM must be highly qualified and possess general supervisory experience, supply management experience and transportation experience directly applicable to this effort.
- The PM must have experience with financial management and knowledge of army logistics information systems.
- Supervisory / Budgetary Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and supervise a multifunctional team.
- Working Environment:
- Work will typically be conducted in a temperature-controlled office environment in a stationary position approximately 75 percent of the time or more with frequent exposure to electronic office equipment.
- Physical Activities:
- The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal and extensive reading.
- Must be able to function in an office environment in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
- Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
