HUSA is looking for a dependable and mechanically inclined Slitter Operator to join our warehouse operations team. This hands-on role is critical to our day-to-day workflow and material output. We’re seeking someone who understands the value of precision, safety, and reliability in a fast-paced production environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with machines, staying organized, and being part of a tight-knit team at a growing company in the flexible packaging industry.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Operate slitting machines to cut and process film materials (training provided)
• Maintain accuracy and consistency across production runs
• Keep the warehouse floor clean, safe, and organized
• Follow project timelines and track tasks using Monday.com (basic computer navigation)
• Communicate clearly with warehouse and leadership team to meet deadlines

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing setting
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Physically able to lift up to 80 lbs
• Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
• Willing to learn machine operation and follow SOPs
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet to follow tasks

💡 Bonus Skills:

• Forklift certification or experience
• Experience with light facility maintenance or mechanical repair
• Prior experience operating slitting or converting machines
