What You’ll Do:

As a Talent Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in connecting great people with great jobs. You’ll work hands-on with candidates and clients alike to ensure the perfect match for a wide range of opportunities — from temp gigs to full-time placements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire positions.
• Partner with client companies to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions.
• Maintain detailed candidate records and manage placement pipelines.
• Build rapport quickly and cultivate trust with both talent and clients.
• Communicate clearly and professionally — both in writing and in conversation.
• Navigate between tasks like a pro in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• A team player with a customer-first mindset.
• Self-motivated and adaptable — you get stuff done.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
• A people person who loves helping others succeed.
• Bonus points for experience in staffing, recruiting, customer service, or retail — but it’s not required.

Perks, Pay & Benefits:

• 💰 Salary : $46,000–$52,000 (DOE) + Monthly Commissions
• 🕒 Schedule : Mon–Fri, 8am – 430pm (No weekends!)
