Job Description

Onsite requirement: fully onsite for 2-3 months, hybrid flexibility to WFH 2x per week after onboarding period is completed

Must have hands-on expertise in Excel: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF to be considered for this role!

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze supplier performance, market trends, and cost structures to identify savings opportunities.
• Support supplier evaluation, selection, and contract negotiations to achieve best-in-class quality, cost, and service outcomes.
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Finance, and Planning to align sourcing strategies with business goals.
• Conduct cost modeling and should-cost analyses to inform strategic decisions.
• Develop and maintain supplier scorecards to monitor performance and support continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and relevant regulatory standards (FDA, GMP, ISO 13485).
• Monitor supply chain risk and industry trends to proactively mitigate potential disruptions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain analytics — ideally within the medical device or life sciences industry .
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills; VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF.
• Proven success in supplier negotiations and relationship management.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
