At Charles Allison’s Insurance and Financial Services, we’re growing fast and looking for highly motivated, licensed professionals to join our sales team who are ready to dominate the phones and turn leads into new customers. Our agency serves a large base of internet leads daily and we’re looking for people who aren’t afraid to dial with purpose, close with confidence, and get rewarded for their hard work.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote State Farm insurance products and services.
Identify and qualify leads for agents by gathering relevant customer information.
Stay informed about the various insurance products and services offered by State Farm.
Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns or referrals to schedule appointments for agents.
Manage and follow up with leads using our CRM and quoting systems
Ensure all communications adhere to State Farm guidelines and compliance standards.
Hit and exceed monthly production goals
Work closely with a supportive, high-energy team
Qualifications
Previous sales and insurance experience is a plus but not required
Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License is required or willingness to obtain prior to start date
A relentless work ethic — you’re not afraid of high call volume
Communication and persuasion skills; proficiency in using CRM software.
Basic understanding of insurance products or a willingness to learn.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Organizational skills to manage and track multiple leads.
Professional and courteous telephone manner.
Focus on achieving targets and contributing to the agency’s growth.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred, as we proudly serve many Hispanic families in our community

Compensation: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
