Job Description

An internal creative team supporting annual meetings and trade shows is seeking a Visual Designer to assist during their busy season. This role is more executional, with a strong emphasis on print graphic design and print production , along with motion graphics support . The designer will help produce and update assets so senior creatives can focus on strategy and higher-level initiatives. All projects are internal facing.

Start Date

• Position expected to start mid to late February

Responsibilities

• Design and produce print materials such as flyers, brochures, and other event collateral
• Prepare files for print production, ensuring accuracy and consistency across formats
• Update and adapt existing marketing and internal materials
• Create motion graphics and animated content using After Effects, including digital signage and LED stage visuals for events

Required Skills

• Strong experience in print graphic design and print production
• Experience creating motion graphics in Adobe After Effects
• Ability to design for both static and animated formats
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including After Effects, InDesign, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro

Equipment Requirements

• Must have own laptop and access to required design software
