Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all branch distribution operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, routing, and delivery. This role will be responsible for driving efficiency, maintaining high safety and quality standards, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all warehouse and distribution activities.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance of logistics personnel.
• Monitor expenses, productivity, safety, and product flow.
• Ensure orders are received, processed, and delivered accurately and on time.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and minimize shrink or damage.
• Maintain strong communication with internal departments to support customer needs.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, training, and teamwork.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant working environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in logistics, warehouse, or distribution management.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, routing, and delivery operations.
• Ability to manage teams, resolve issues, and drive results.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
