🧭 Role Overview

Zelig is seeking a proactive, detail-obsessed Workflow Coordinator to join the Strategy & Operations team. You will be the operational backbone of the team’s day-to-day workflow, ensuring the timely and seamless flow of projects between Strategy & Ops, Engineering, and Product. Your job is to bring order to complexity — aligning workstreams, clarifying accountability, and ensuring every step in our product setup and asset pipelines is executed flawlessly.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Track and coordinate weekly new item ingestion and setup workflows via Creative Force, Jira, and Google Sheets.
• Maintain an accurate flow of tasks to ensure completion of each workflow stage with no blockers, identifying bottlenecks and escalating as needed.
• Deliver weekly progress reports and speak confidently to daily milestones.
• Communicate and manage workload distribution across graphic design and fashion merchandising teams.
• Own and maintain the team’s product data master files, including taxonomy and attribution updates.
• Work with internal teams to validate workflow changes and test updates.
• Attend planning and review meetings to stay aligned on new and/or changing workflows
• Identify and surface opportunities for process improvement
• Log and track product data and asset issues with proper documentation and severity tagging (e.g., in Jira).
• Assist with product data and asset QA and image selection to ensure delivery-readiness.

🛠️ Qualifications

Required:

• 1–2 years experience in a similar role (workflow coordinator, project coordinator, or operations assistant).
• Proficient in workflow/process management tools like Jira and Creative Force.
• Stellar communication and collaboration skills across multifunctional teams.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to understand end-to-end product workflows.
• Self-starter with strong time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with PIM and/or DAM systems.
• Passion for or experience in the fashion, retail, and/or e-commerce industry.
