Refunds Policy – Stunning African Dresses
Refunds can be issued within 21 days of items being returned in good condition. Once you receive your dress/dresses, you have 24 hours to notify us if you intend to keep them. Otherwise, the item(s) will be considered sold and you will no longer qualify for a refund or exchange. After the initial 24 hours, you have up to 7 days to return the item.
A full refund will also be provided if your dress does not arrive on time or at all due to circumstances beyond our control (this is rare, but human errors can occur). It is important to inform us of your wear date, as we prioritize timely delivery. Refunds are issued via the original payment method (e.g. credit card).
Although rare, if you choose to return a dress, you may opt for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange for a different size or color. Returns are at your own expense, and we request that you use a trackable courier service.
Returned items are processed promptly. Store credit is issued immediately, does not expire, and can be transferred to another person of your choice.
We guarantee the authenticity and quality of our products, and returns are seldom necessary. However, any returned item must be in its original condition – no perfume or smoke smells, missing sequins, wrinkles, or other damage – and must be returned in its original packaging.

Your purchase is confirmed once the goods are dispatched. We reserve the right to accept or refuse any order.
Availability of Dresses
Some dresses are not always available for pre-order, especially if they are out of season. Designers may discontinue styles due to fabric shortages or to release new collections. We advise purchasing your preferred dress promptly. Approximately 80% of out-of-season dresses can be reproduced.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards online, including American Express. Our website is fully secure. If you prefer not to order online, you may call us with your card details or request a secure payment link. Bank transfers and cheques are also accepted (orders processed once payments are cleared). Payment via Western Union, World Remit, and cash is also accepted.
Next Day Delivery
Click to see dresses available for next-day delivery. Most dresses arrive within 10 days. As new seasons arrive, we update the website for your selection.
Multiple Orders (Indecision Policy)
If you love two or more dresses and are unsure which to choose, you may order multiple dresses and benefit from a 14-day return policy for a full refund on the items you return (provided you keep at least one). New seasonal collections are regularly added to keep your choices fresh.
Wear Date
We kindly request you provide your wear date so we can ensure timely delivery.
Sizing
Some dresses list sizing information on their product pages. For best results, measure your bust (while wearing a regular bra), waist (around the navel), and hips (fullest part), and email or call us with these details. This will help ensure the correct fit.
Visiting
We are an online-only business and do not have a physical shop. If you are unsatisfied with your initial order, you may opt for an exchange, store credit, or a full refund. We host a yearly Fashion Show and Exhibition – visit our Events page for updates.
Privacy Policy
Your information is strictly confidential and only shared with third parties for delivery purposes (shipping address and phone number). We use your contact details to update you on products and services. We do not rent, sell, or share your data with any other parties.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours by emailing or calling us. After 24 hours, your order enters the processing phase and cannot be cancelled. Refused deliveries incur a 35% restocking fee.
Item Availability
Some website items are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you immediately and offer a special order or alternative. You may also place your order and, if the item is unavailable, we will notify you of the revised delivery timeline. If you decline the new date, you will receive store credit to use on another item of equal value.
Alterations
Garments may include ease in bust, waist, and hip measurements. Listed measurements are body measurements. Some dresses come with matching shawls.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. If you’re unable to pay via credit/debit card, you may use bank transfer, Western Union, or World Remit. We can also send a secure payment link. After your international order is placed, we calculate shipping costs and contact you with the final amount. Duties and customs fees may apply in your country – we have no control over these.

We do not produce printed catalogues. All our products are available to view online.
